What is The Contracts Cafe?

Simply put, The Contract Café is the entrepreneur’s one stop shop for high quality business contract templates, online courses, guides and workbooks. We are here to help you to create, develop and maintain your business.  At the Contracts Café entrepreneurs can relax, gain the basic knowledge needed, and create solid contracts to start, build and maintain their business at a fraction of the cost it would take them to work with an attorney.

Don’t get me wrong, attorneys are great (I should know I am one! lol). But, they are certainly not inexpensive and when you are just starting out or trying to figure out what direction to take, attorney fees can really take a huge bite out of your budget.  I created The Contracts Cafe to help and guide entrepreneurs, like you, on a budget.  

So, if you are ready to invest in yourself, and you want to stop dreaming and start doing, then you’ve landed in the right place. Here you will be able to learn business basics, and more, so that you can create your own business and be your own boss. About Bonnie Moncada Sanchez, Founder of The Contracts Cafe

There are two things I really enjoy – teaching others and helping others succeed, while succeeding myself because if I’m happy I can spread that happiness.  Success means different things to different people.  To me, success is having the time to spend with my family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking for pleasure, binging on my favorites tv series, discovering and doing new things, and being able to easily pay my bills while putting away a good chunk towards my dream retirement in some faraway exotic beach. I don’t require much! Lol

But you are probably more interested in my qualifications and experience so here is the nitty gritty for you:

  • Graduated from Ivy League University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (I know it sounds pretentious but hey I worked really hard to get there!).
  • Have represented international corporations, financial institutions, biotech companies, retailers, wellness coaches, consultants, and small and medium sized business for over 20+ years.
  • Am an entrepreneur myself.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing.
  • Love sleeping in on Saturdays, lounging on Sundays, and finding adventures on weekdays.
  • I hate crowds, unless everyone is eating, drinking, dancing or laughing.
